Analyst TC MegaThread

Can we use this as an total comp megathread I'm interested to hear what Analysts are pulling in at some of the EBs compared to the BB and Middle-tier banks.

I've heard of private companies like Gugg, Blair, etc. beginning to pay substantially more than JPM, Goldman, and MS.

Would love to hear some thoughts on this and what some analysts are coming in with. Thanks.

Edit: (will update as comments come in)

Yes, July ‘22 and it’s actually ~10k more if you include the one time profit sharing An1s get in their 6 month stub

Wells Fargo An1 (top coverage group, mid/top bucket): 110 base, 70-75 bonus

Edit: Not sure why I got MS. I work at Wells and this was the bonus paid out last year.

Funniest

Haven’t heard much in regards to comp, but want to flag…

The other day I was in a Duane Reade and overhead some Gugg analysts…instead of saying “Guggenheim” they were saying “Assenheim”

One of them also said “I’m getting some Silicon breast implants with my bonus.” So I’m guessing they are going to be pretty big. The bonus that is.

Says a little something about the culture over there if you ask me
