Curious here as well. Also, would an A2A bonus happen after the 3rd year or after the 2nd? My bank "promotes" analysts staying on for a third year to "associates" but they're not on the same level as associates hired post-MBA. The bigger promotion comes after the third year and this is when I'd assume a promotion bonus might happen.
