Another Court Case by DEI Becky
A lot of he said, she said; devoid of substance and a waste of court’s time and taxpayers funds. Such cases are flimsy and based on “feelings” of female employees. Just look at the evidence, nothing but text messages between colleagues.

The linked article discusses a discrimination case involving a hedge fund recruitment firm. It highlights the challenges of proving such cases, especially when evidence is limited to subjective accounts or informal communications like text messages. Discrimination cases often face scrutiny due to the difficulty of substantiating claims with concrete evidence, which can lead to perceptions of them being "he said, she said" disputes.
However, it's important to note that workplace discrimination and harassment are serious issues. While some cases may lack substantial evidence, others reveal systemic problems that need addressing. Companies should ensure robust policies, proper documentation, and fair investigations to handle such matters effectively.

Anyone that brings these cases and loses should be liable for an aggressive counter civil suit. Similar to false SA allegations, the frivolity with which cases get brought and by extension the severe, unjustified public image damage they cause will never end unless there's clear downside risk for plaintiffs that lie.
I'm not saying the way the system is set up is perfect, but you need to be EXTREMELY careful putting penalties in place that discourage victims from speaking out.
