Another P/BV question

Hi, I would appreciate it if someone could help me with the following - I want to calculate P/BV, P/Assets etc. multiples for a bank whose equity is composed from common and preferred shares. The issue is that preferred shares are not listed so there is no market price which could be used. How would you resolve this? Use nominal value instead of market price for prefs?

Many thanks!
