What are the people at work saying to discourage you ? That’s awful
one person said to me that “ I haven’t been swamped with work yet, so they’re not sure how that’s gonna go”. plus I have to go to class weekly but I do it and go back to the office. I work even harder now to prove nothing changed. I cant study in the office until the last associate leaves
These fing associates and everyone above them. I had a similar experience and it was clear most of them had ego and insecurity issues and couldn't stand someone junior being smarter or more motivated than them.
