Apparently they do. I recently saw several posts indicating that BBs were still interviewing for full-time positions and also SA both in the US and elsewhere.
Yes they definitely do. You cannot be that selective regarding product/industry group as you could be if you would have applied on time, but there are opportunities out there. Definitely valid for many M&A/Lev Fin/ECM/DCM/Research groups at BBs and MMs in Europe.

Lazard LA, HLHZ LA, and Goldman Sachs in Miami are all hiring 1 - 2 full-time analysts.
