Any incoming 1st Year BB Analyst looking for a roommate? I NEED A ROOMMATE (NYC)

Hey guys, I start work at a BB in mid July and I am still looking for a roommate to cut costs. One BDRs are too costly!! Ideally, I want to spend no more than 2600/month (3000 max)

Profile: Male, 1st Year Analyst (July '11), very clean, some of my friends say I have a mild case of OCD. I am not to picky about areas, but I prefer UES/UWS. I love to go have drinks and watch sports. Extremely laid back guy. PM me if you are interested.

i agree with Banker88, i live within walking distance and it makes life so much easier, also if your office is on the east side, id stick to the east side and vice versa - going cross town sucks.

You can def find some good places on the east side for $1500 / tenant, probably more likely in mid town east to lower mid town east. You may look at some places in the 90+ streets, but it's farther than you think, and taxi costs can add up when you are hammered in LES. UWS is pretty expensive btw.
