Any info on BNP Paribas M&A in continental Europe?

Hi everyone,

I’m quite late with recruiting but I still have a few interviews lined up next week. I have a few interviews with BBs like MS, UBS & BofA, but also MM banks like BNPP.

I have quite a good a view of most banks and their prestige (I’m starting to hate that word after spending some time on this forum).

Either way, I don’t have a clear view of BNPP and how it is viewed as in Europe. How good is it in continental Europe compared to other banks? What would be an equivalent bank be w.r.t. prestige? How strong is the BNP name in continental Europe on your resume compared to other banks? How good is their M&A presence? Would having a BNP M&A internship increase my chances with top BBs?

Any help is very much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
