Going through an interview process with Palm Tree in Los Angeles. They are pretty new and in rapid growth mode, but looks like they are building out a similar platform as HL or Duff & Phelps. Any west coast monkeys know anything about these guys? Deal flow, comp, culture...any thoughts are appreciated.
