There is quite a bit of information on their website, as well as a lot of articles talking about them on various business sites. Just google them, you should find everything you need to know.
Relatively new firm started by some ex-Magnatar guys. They're really based out of Chicago, and I think their Boston and SF offices are just partners who live there. They do some pretty interesting stuff on a much smaller scale ($10-50mm deals)
