Any info/advice on full-time recruiting at DBO Partners?

I just wrapped up my internship with a tech group at a MM bank. I'm hoping to trade up and lateral for FT. Does anyone know if there are any spots left at DBO for a lateral candidate like myself? It seems like they've done full time recruiting in the past, but I'd appreciate any updated info/tips.

I can lend some insight here, coffee chatted with an analyst about the interview process and tried to lateral there myself a while back. Unfortunately they weren't hiring full-time when I tried. From what he said, the interview is going to include close to 0 technicals. They're of the belief that anyone can learn technicals/modeling on the desk without much of a problem. They'll grill you on every bullet point of your resume and really try to get to know you + your strengths + your weaknesses + how you've handled responsibilities in the past. They hire really sparingly. Your best bet for learning about their process this year is to reach out to current analysts for a quick chat about what they're doing. Good luck.
