Anyone have any opinions on BMO (Bank of Montreal)?
Anyone worked/know someone who worked in their IB division or other FO roles?
In addition, any word to office culture, recruiting, comp, prestige, exits etc would be great.
Also, if specific to a location, any info as to lateraling from a Canadian office to NYC/Houston/SF/Chicago would also be appreciated (ie. if it's common or even possible)
