Any short summer workshop in investment banking for PhD?
Hi all, I am currently a PhD student in my penultimate year. I am wondering if there are any summer workshop available in investment banking or related fields for a PhD student. What I am talking about is not a 2-3 month internship opportunity. My research restricts me from doing such a "long" intern. If there is a less than one month workshop, that would be ideal. For example, in management consulting field, I know there are analogies of Insight program from McKinsey and Bridge-to-BCG which are both 3-day introductory workshops. Any comments or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!
You want to research models and bottles? Tight.
I would look into the Breaking into Wall Street or Training the Street courses. They can be pretty pricey, but they're usually like a day or so. Is your goal to learn the material or to use it to get a job?
