Any word on NYC FT training being in-person this year?
With banks going back to the office does that mean the incoming FT class will be in person for training?

Incoming first year at JEF, heard some offer letters have language saying training in-person, can't confirm though
They will all be in person. I don’t know what sort of liberal crazy bastion you are living in to think anything will be remote for new incoming classes. Most places have lifted mask restrictions at this point lol.

Depends if you're gonna work in the NYC office or not. I'll be based in London, so I'm basically getting a 4-week paid vacation to the US lol. But yeah, virtual training would be so much easier

How does training work from an expense perspective? I will not be in the NYC office, but am assuming training will be held in person in NYC. Do they put you up in a hotel for a month? And do you get full salary during training?
