Very fortunate to say that I got an offer at a decently reputable bank without having any idea what IB was. I didn't do any networking either aside from attending on campus recruiting. Learned technicals three days prior to the superday. Just learned what IB actually is last week. Non-DEI, semi-target. Cheers(?)
