Anyone else too tired to keep going on?

Today marks my 11th straight week of 100+ hours (woo!). Every Friday night ends up spilling into Saturday morning. "Protected" Saturdays have been completely disregarded. Even "protected" holidays are a joke - I had to work 30+ hours over the July 4th weekend while my VPs, Directors and MD's kept railing me with comments from their vacation homes.

I actually like the work in IB, but how is it possible to continue working like this? I've had 5 - 9 accounts active at any given time over these past few months. And by active, I mean I average 600+ emails a day (is this normal? I've only worked from home so no idea how many emails other people get). The only way I've been able to step out to get food is if I can push back on meetings and put 30 minute time slots on my calendar. Even then, I still get spammed with calls and emails which makes it impossible for me to enjoy any meal. I can't even work out anymore. I literally have a gym in my house, but working 7am - 2am every single day leaves with me hardly any energy to do anything but nap in my free time.

I don't think I can hold on any longer. I like this job and the people and while the thought of transitioning to a Corp Dev or FP&A job with less stimulating work scares me, I have absolutely no idea how I can continue working these hours without a single day off. Is anyone else in the same boat? Would be great to get other people's perspectives and solutions (if there are any).

For reference, I'm at a BB in NYC (BofA, Citi, Barclays)

How tf? I'm at an M&A group in one of the above and the hours dropped a lot to like 70+

Are you OP or just at a diff bank? and do you think you group will be less busy after bonuses come in august?

think you just straight up say which firm this is so people know - don't have to share which group if you don't want to

sounds like citi to me...
