Anyone Else Worried For The Future Generation?
We all know recruiting is such a shitshow already for people in our generation... it really doesn't make sense for a fresh grads to have to go through 3-5 stages of tests, hirevues and superdays, and for experienced guys to literally do 10+ interviews...
theres no way these processes are getting easier, so how do yall vision future recruiting processes to look like? How does it get any more difficult than it already is?
I recently got rejected for a dream job where I thought I interviewed well but seems like I wasn't perfect so its back to the drawing board...
