Does anyone know of a good resource to get org charts? This company in particular is extremely large with a shit load of subs and affiliates so its not really feasible to go through filings and make one myself.
I've used CapIQ's corporate tree function, but its not up to date and not complete (certain entities I know exist are not listed).
Also tried Bloomberg, but those HELPHELP fuckers are useless.... all Bloomberg really has is a list of major subsidiaries which is even more incomplete than Capital IQ's Corporate tree.
double check that the companies you are looking for are actually subs. I've had the same problem sometimes, and it turns out its a JV, or a minority/associate company. If you can pull the partner, you'll often be able to combine the org charts. The only issue is then figuring out contributing cash flow and earnings.
