Anyone Have Old Case Studies?

I looked online for previous lateral case study materials and really can't find anything. I'm just really bored at work, know the concepts required in DCF/LBO Models and really just want to start building them out in volume to get quick. Not particularly looking for anything super up to date (as long as its not like 15 years old) anything would help. Doesn't have to be IB/PE related would also pick up Secondaries, Direct Lending, ABS stuff as well. Really just looking for exposure. Any help would be appreciated.

If you're looking to practice and build out DCF/LBO models or explore other areas like Secondaries, Direct Lending, or ABS, the WSO platform offers a variety of resources that could be helpful:

  1. Financial Modeling Templates: WSO provides a collection of financial modeling templates in Excel format. These templates cover a range of models, including DCF, LBO, and more. You can use these to practice and refine your skills.

  2. Training Bootcamps: Consider joining the Modeling & Valuation Bootcamp (2-day program) or the Private Equity Interview Bootcamp (1-day program). These sessions include detailed case studies and modeling exercises that can help you get faster and more accurate.

  3. Private Equity Master Package: This package includes LBO modeling and insights into the PE deal process, which could be a great way to get exposure to real-world scenarios.

  4. Case Study Insights: The "Private Credit Secondaries Case Study Insight" on WSO discusses portfolio modeling, including splitting assets by type (1L, 2L, equity), forecasting interest income, and calculating payback. This could be a good starting point for exploring secondaries and direct lending.

  5. DCF Modeling Training - Free Guide: If you're looking to sharpen your DCF skills, WSO offers a free guide that walks you through the process step-by-step.

  6. Community Forums: The WSO forums are a treasure trove of shared experiences and materials. You might find users who have uploaded older case studies or are willing to share resources.

If you're serious about building models in volume, these resources should provide a solid foundation and plenty of material to work with.
