Anyone have thoughts on CCIC (China International Capital Corp)
Got hit up by a recruiter for a lateral analyst role but wanted to learn more about the group itself. I’ve been on a couple mandates with them to which we reached out to but was wondering if anyone had color on the internal group, ties with CPP and deal flow. At a first glance would seem like an org that’s looking to grow fast and at all costs but somewhat a threat to national security - yet I caveat that with how Blackstone is in bed with China 24/7 so I wouldn’t put too much weight on the security threat. Idk - would love to hear more from people.
