I believe so. I’ve seen many job ads where they have this pay. AS salary isn’t much more but believe it was around $120kish. Can’t speak on what their bonuses are like though.

Ran a lateral process with them. Very disorganized process - ended up just telling them I wasn’t interested in the opportunity. A lot of issues with staffing.

Have had a couple friends who worked there. Small office but surprisingly have a ton of deal flow. They grind out analysts pretty hard (100+ hour weeks for months on end) but their pay is actually well above street and they promote really quick if you're solid. That said every I know who went there burned out pretty quick. $200k+ for a first year will have you living like a king in Tampa but if you never get a chance to enjoy it...

Nobody at Crosstree makes +200k as a first year, or as an analyst period.

Recently have had very strong deal flow and very strong comp (above or at street for Analyst and Associate; cant speak to higher level than that).  It does seem like most of their analyst hires are experienced, though.  Also, culture is not great: long hours, making sure you're signed in on weekends, etc.  Crush it in the CRO space.
