Anyone heard of or done the Financial Services Volunteer Corps

Saw it on a resume for a potential summer intern candidate and they talked it up a lot in their cover letter as well (I actually like skimming those), not sure if we'll bring them in because rest of the profile was marginal but curious if anyone had ever heard of or come across this program?
