Hey guys just curious if anyone had heard anything about this boutique? I did a search and came up dry, I looked at the transaction history on their site and thought it was a little fishy. They list companies such as adobe and Dell, unless they are including transactions from one of the guys previous stint at UBS this doesnt seem accurate, and if so its misleading.

I CapIQ'd them only one transaction came up where Innovate/Protect, Inc. was acquiring an equity stake in Vringo, Inc. (AMEX:VRNG). It seems that the transactions listed on their website are from previous team experience.
