For virtually any decision in life people have regretted it and some people never look back.

Answer to 2nd question depends on how long it has been since you left, how long you were there in IB for your first stint and how you can craft a story why you want back in

1 YOE and I realized Corp is too slow for me I want to be doing deals

Honest question though — have you had a chance to live life / enjoy more? Maybe you’re just wired for deal life but I feel like the anxiety piece would just compound (not to say a corp job can’t cause that)

if you really don't know what to do, a vacation would help you reflect.I went through something similar. Let me know if you want a recommendation

Take a hunting trip to Anchorage. When I felt stressed, that was the one place that would clear my mind. After my last trip, I quit my job and moved out east where I got a new role that was much better for my health and my career.
