Does anyone know which banks use Thomson One and Bank Insight for FIG deals instead of SNL or another data provider? Thanks.

What do you mean by "use"? My bank has access to both snl and Thomson one among others, we probably have bank insight as well but I have never used it; unless you mean bank scope, in which case yes to that as well. Alot of these FIG entities have a public parent but you could be dealing with a private sub. The client usually supplies all info we need or we use internal databases and such they are so complex you can't rely solely on those sites...
To answer your question I am sure almost every BB has access to a handful of those sights if not all.
