Pay is normally benchmarked to US NYC pay acros most BBs. I think around 150k-160k SGD base salary for an An1 at the top BBs. Bonus differs a lot between the top payers (EVR / MS) and the lower payers. Generally for any level, just take the US comp and convert the currency and it will be roughly correct.

No point asking for MD comp numbers, some MDs make 400k USD and the top few make low 8 figures, it's super variable and honestly up to you when you reach D / MD whether you want to be a high flyer (often at the expense of your personal life) or just have a good life and continue to clip the coupons

Very different team structures. Lower fees and deal flow, but in the US a large cap deal needs 20 people and 4 MDs - in Asia you can often do it with 3-4 people, 1 MD. Midcap Asia IB is run like MM boutiques in US / EMEA so are designed to be ultra profitable.

Also, they just work you harder. It’s a volume shop and everyone puts in a proper shift
