I had a superday about a month ago, on August 18th. I thought that the superday went well and, originally, I thought I had a decent shot at getting an offer. However, I have not heard anything from HR at the firm (foreign bank NYC) since that day. I have e-mailed my contacts in HR, but have not received any response from them. Should I give up and assume I'm not getting an offer, or should I reach back out to bankers that I interviewed with during the superday and ask them?
This was my first superday, and I'm not sure of the customs of whether they inform you if you are dinged or not. Also, what is the longest it's ever taken for you to hear back on a final decision after a superday?
Any insight is appreciated. Thanks.
Took me two weeks to hear back which was the longest.
My other offers all came within the day or the week. Its crappy they don't let you know but assume you got dinged and move on.

I had a superday last week, and still have not heard back (it's been a week). The super day was to switch to a different group within the firm that I interned at over the summer, and accepted a full time offer with.
I also know that acceptances were sent out to top candidates the day of the interview. I do not know if rejections were sent out.
Do you think I've been dinged (and they're just waiting to tell me), waitlisted, or could there be further complications with my application because I've already interned at this firm (checking my performance reviews, calling my supervisors from the internship, etc).
