Any insight to this firm in 2022? They seem like they have a really strong team esp the senior leadership.
Would you take them over a BB/EB offer?

Spoke to people there. 1/3 of GS people, well above street comp (revenue sharing model), and people I spoke to were pretty chill. They mainly focus on traditional FIG and are expanding to other verticals like industrials and TMT. They have a small investment arm that follows big names on growth rounds. They are expanding but the goal is not to be a EB type firm and size. The exit is unknown due to the new name and is probably gear towards FIG if I have to guess. Think it would be a cool place if the long-term goal is to stay in banking. I would take them over mid-tier BBs and some EBs for sure.

Ok modeling test + rigorous technicals. The only other EB I interviewed with was PWP, but the process was much easier
