Silly question: as an investment banker, are all full-time analysts/associates/VPs/directors required to maintain Finra securities licenses? Is there any particular group of banking that doesn't require it?
Finra has some rules that really require you to disclose some private stuff -- such as making someone publicly disclose that he is a part-owner in their wife's business.
