Are Local PWM Internships "Unofficial"?
Hello all! I am a freshman at a non-target and am interested in IB. For this summer, I wanted to get a PWM internship at BB. I have networked with advisors at MS and ML, and one is willing to take me as an unpaid intern. Yet, I wondered about one thing: he basically takes me on board without a general recruiting process. Is it how it is usually done? I know that some clients get internships for their children this way, but I'm still confused.
