Are many Ear Piercings for Women .... considered unprofessional?

I haven't found any information on this and was curious to see the answer to this. Would you say that multiple ear piercings (cartilage, first and second holes) are considered unprofessional in Investment Banking? Or do they not matter?

If one has them, should they be taken out during work time or is it ok given that hair will generally cover it?

Thanks!

There is nothing wrong with ear piercings but preferably, please take them out during professional work situations. I really like ear piercings but it's not very presentable during work. Your hair might cover them but you still have them. I would just take them out during work and put them back in when not in a work situation.

do not listen to this person it's 100% fine to wear ear piercings so long as you keep them professional (mimalist studs are usually the safest bet). Judge them with the same standards you would judge a necklace or bracelet you choose to wear to work.
