Working at a small shop without much resources and no standard formatting guidelines whatsoever for Excel/Word. Am at the office right now just noticing that all my work looks like shit because I don't know what the standard formatting guidelines are.
Anyone know any industry standard guidelines or even just some professional .doc files produced by banks?

most firms have a style guide. but this is actually a good quesiton. surprised there isn't more feedback here.
Every firm has their own template / colors / format ... that's why we can't tell him how to format his docs. As Marcus said - keep it consistent
