Are there any women at non-diversity interviews?

From my understanding, most firms fill their diversity quotas before going forwards with non-diversity recruitment. Since most firms consider women to be diversity, does that mean that once non-diverse interviews start, the firm is done hiring women? Do all girls get hired before the guys do and then every interview is with non diverse men? This may sound like such a dumb question but I'm just curious on the logistics of it lol. Or do non-racially-diverse women also interview with the other non-diverse in regular recruiting?

Yea, women sit for interviews for non-diversity cycle too. I've seen plenty of people get interviews during the normal process
