Would the following groups be considered IB or closer to commercial banking? If you were to rank these which would you choose?

Export Finance Syndications/Private Placements Project Finance ECM/DCM (I know this is IB but wanted to throw this in the mix to rank)

The only REAL investment banking groups are Goldman Sachs TMT and Morgan Stanley's M&A. You have 700+ banana points, you should know this.
