Guys - how is Arma Partners in terms of exit opps. Am interviewing at a number of places across different sector teams - and am trying to weigh up for PE exit.

Is this for FT?
I've never worked with them directly, but they have a solid rep. Their team bios are also solid, and they seem to have good deal flow (based on their website). When looking at boutique banks it is more important to look at the acquirers than their actually clients because it speaks to the quality of the deals, as size is often not disclosed.
I have no idea about their general exit ops, but you could probably leverage this into TMT growth equity.
Also interested if anyone else has an opinion on Arma Partners. They are certainly trying to expand in London at the moment.
Have made a couple of senior hires recently, and have been actively looking for senior analysts / junior associates for a while.

Heard about them. They do a couple of decent deals in the U.S. each year, but if you look at their deal list, many transactions are legit Germany and generally Europe-based deals.
Most of their partners / MDs come from BBs. They also do a lot of cross-border transactions, leveraging their international expertise.
It's a boutique, but not a chop shop by any means.
Solid in London but they work you hard... culture is very 'BB' from what I know...
I tried reaching out to their HR, applying through their recruiting e-mail and WSO, cold-emailed two senior levels, Just couldn't get a hold of them...
Anybody can help?

Strong deal flow, good exit opportunities. Sweatshop and bad culture
Arma is doing very well and is growing fast, especially since their office move to the Shard.
Have recently been through their recruiting process, but got dinged in the last round.
What was your experience with the recruiting process there?
