Around when do An1s start being a net positive?

Assuming you start training in July and the hit the desk in August or September, at what point do most 1st year analysts become a net positive on mission critical work and can be trusted to pull their own weight?

Different for everyone but generally I’d say after 6 months you’ve seen mostly everything. After 8-9 months you feel comfortable doing mostly everything and aren’t stressed getting a new staffing.
