A rising senior at a semi-target. Wasn't able to secure an IB SA and did an internship at an FoF instead. Is anyone familiar with the graduate trainee programs (GTP) banks like UBS and HSBC have in Asia (primarily HK and China)? Is their intake for the analyst class primarily through GTP or SA return??? Was wondering if I should delay graduation and apply for SA or just apply for the GTP. Thanks!
