Asking Current Analysts Questions
Hi guys! I had recently accepted an offer for an IB firm around 20 people, and am excited to work with them next summer. I wanted to reach out to current analysts and ask about things that were important to understand for me like current deal-flow. Do you think this would be a bad idea or look like I’m stepping on toes?

Current dealflow is honestly pretty irrelevant to you though if you won’t be there until the summer, and definitely falls under the category of an annoying question that will make them question your judgement. Who knows what the market will look like then.
