How common is it to ask for a guarantee from your existing firm? And at what levels is it common? Obviously would never be entertained at A&A level.
But does this happen at VP+?
Curious how employers would view this if an internal employee asked for one and was also prepared to leave if the firm wasn’t willing to match their demands.
