Asset Management Salaries in London

Hi, just got a call from an asset management firm in London offering me an associate job. They told me that the details of the job would be available later -probably the next 10 days-, ut they just wanted to start considering the option so I can make a more informed decision with other firms I am still interviewing. So, what can of salary and bonus can I expect from an asset management firm that has a strong presence in Europe but is still growing in the US and Asia? Thanks for your answers.
