In the first week of December I moved from a smaller firm to a BB as a 24 Associate. I moved first week of December and move included a 150k base with a 40k buyout in place of my bonus this year.
My question is, would I be eligible for a raise on my base salary this year with the rest of the 24 Asso class or since I was just hired, theyd keep me at the same level?
