Associate/AVP - Agency Services - New York

Very highly regarded financial services firm, with trading, advisory, investments and lending platforms, seeks a mid-level banker (minimum 5 years of loan administration experience) to administer loans, including deal closing and funding, collateral and document review, primary and secondary trade settlements, and administrative agent services.  The chosen individual will process daily loan borrowings, repayments, rollovers, letter of credit activity, fee payments, and amendments, and the firm wants someone who will grow into a managerial role over the short term.  Familiarity with IntraLinks, ClearPar, Loan IQ and SyndTrak will be appreciated, along with strong interpersonal skills, given the high frequency of client interaction.   A detail-oriented approach to work, healthy intellectual curiosity, and ability to manage multiple tasks on a parallel basis will be strongly valued. Please send resume (cover letter not required) to [email protected], and thanks for viewing my posting.
