August 2025 to December 2029 graduation due to family issue, honest feedback for recruiting

Looking for some brutally honest feedback from people who work in IB/finance or have been involved in recruiting.

I started college in August 2025, but due to a family issue, I now expect to graduate in December 2029 instead of on the traditional timeline.

If you saw August 2025 - December 2029 (Expected) on an application form that the candidates have to submit to the banks but just Dec 2029 graduation on a resume, would that raise any red flags during recruiting? Would you assume the candidate struggled academically or had other issues, or is an extended timeline generally not a big deal if the candidate has strong grades? Should I just fade IB in general? It is really something I want to do and am passionate about. Did an internship this past summer at a boutique and loved the work I did but I don't this situation I'm in to ruin my future. I'm really not sure what to do and some honesty would be helpful
