I'd say they're better than working for some tiny no-name IB place, and they're way better than missing IB all together.

Interned there in college and thought the culture was great. Fewer hours than BB/EB/MM banks, but less prestige and exit ops.
I saw that they have offices in LA, Costa Mesa, Arlington, and New York. Which office did you intern at?
