Background Check--Help!

Just ran a background check on myself...Never been arrested or have any criminal charges, but 3 non traffic violations show up, one of which was dismissed. So I have an open container and noise violation from 2008 & 2009..two minor things I just paid a small fine for..Is this going to be a problem when they run my background check in May? This is for a SA position in New York..Thanks a lot guys

yeah sorry about that, most of the other threads regarding this had to do with past jobs & references, I was soley concerned with violations...So you don't think these will be a problem? The thing that concerned me was HR mentioned they can rescind the offer pending a negative background check and if that were the case I would be completely screwed for the summer.
