I did a small internship a long time ago. I put on my resume: May/June 2012 but reality is May/June 2011. I’ve totally forgot the year... In the background check online form I’ve put the correct year. Do you think that I can fail the checking ?

Most likely a representative from the Background Check firm will call you to ask about the discrepancy and at absolute worst they'll call your prior internship and verify when you worked there.
