Background Check question: underage drinking ticket

Recent BB IBD analyst hire here. Long story short, got the offer last month, accepted, sent in my contract etc... Now, about two months ago I got a ticket for underage drinking, which is a civil infraction in the state where I attend college. I pled not guilty but haven't received a court date and probably won't have resolved it in court by the time they are doing my background check. Question is, will the infraction come up on the background check they do and will it screw me?

I had a friend with a similar problem, a Minor in Possession civil violation from his home state. Not only did it come up in his pre-hire background search, but they made a deal about it. He thinks it's possible that they just wanted to see how he would handle a grilling over something embarrassing, cause he ended up getting the internship. But how did you get a hire as an analyst if you're still underage? I assume it's SA?

No, full time for next year. I was underage when I got the ticket but have since turned 21.

i got to third base with my cousin krystal at a family reunion in arkansas 7 years back and though it is not on my criminal record* i did make it a point to write it down on my background check paperwork. i wanted to let them know from the get go that i share their** core values.

*not illegal in arkansas **deutsche bank

How did you end up responding to the question? I would select no because its a violation offense not a criminal offense, and the question specifically asks about "crimes (felony, misdemeanor)" in a court, neither of which apply to you.
