Bad review during sophomore summer internship. FT at the same bank?
So I did an internship at a BB in a non-IB group. My end of summer review wasn’t that great and with one of the descriptions being “lack of integrity”. I didn’t want to fight back during feedback so I never questioned it or asked for clarification about that description. I also wasn’t given a return offer because I lose that chance once you apply for internal mobility. They ended up calling me two weeks later saying that there aren’t any lateral opportunities to IB. Now I’m doing IB at another bank and want to return to that BB for full time. On a scale of 1-10 how fucked am I?
What did you do to get lack of integrity?
I genuinely have no idea. Maybe briefly looking at my phone during a virtual presentation? Maybe for extending my graduation a year? I said sophomore internship because it was easier to explain.
These do not qualify for lack of integrity, there's got to be sth else.
