Baird Healthcare MedTech CHI - Thoughts?

Hello,

I am specifically interested in learning more about their Healthcare Medtech group at Baird in Chicago office. They just welcomed a new MedTech senior banker from Blair. Hopefully, they will have strategies in place to strengthen this group.

Overall, if you have had exposure to this group, could you please share about the group culture, deal flows and exits?

I have read threads discussing the sweaty culture of their industrial group but not many threads about Healthcare so I am wondering if it is better and not worse. Of course, if deal flow is great historically and even in this current market, I don’t have a concern.

Thank you!
