Baird (WI) vs. Harris Williams (VA) or Keep Recruiting for NYC
Title. Have an offer from Baird in their Milwaukee office and Harris Williams in their Richmond office. Weighing differences between the two and whether or not to shoot for NYC. Group / culture / hours / exits insight would be appreciated.
I like the idea of staying in the MM and sticking around for A2A, but I’m not attached to the idea. My mentors have encouraged preserving optionality, which is why I’m inclined to shoot for NYC / lateral in the future. I don’t see myself in NYC long term, but it seems like the place to start out a career.
